An international EY Law team advised the German private equity investor Flex Capital and the OMS Group in connection with the strategic acquisition of the Austrian DocuMatrix, a leading provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. With this acquisition, the OMS Group continues its growth trajectory and strengthens its market position in the DACH region: The group serves over 3,000 clients, including Airbus, Deutsche Post, Deutsche Bahn, Linde, and Telefónica, and is further expanding its presence in Europe.
The transaction was supported in Austria by Katharina Dabernig (lead, attorney), Georg Perkowitsch (partner, attorney), and Paul Kness (trainee attorney).
