EY Law and EY advised the selling foundations of Julian and Paul Zehetmayr on the sale of their cloud-based e-signature solution provider eversign GmbH to PDFTron, a global provider of document processing technology for developers and enterprises.

eversign was founded by the Zehetmayr brothers in 2017. The Vienna-based company rapidly developed and today operates one of the leading e-Signature platforms with over half a million users, offering unique functionality and bringing flexible workflows and an increase in time efficiency to individuals, SMBs and large companies likewise.
